The Community Synchronicity Journal

I’ve been lurking and posting around reddit for a while now, subscribed to r/occult and r/philosophy among other subs, but there’s this one page that I really found interesting. r/MysticsOnTheRise. Most of the occult or metaphysics-related subreddits there are more or less geared towards beginners with little to no magickal or mystical training or experience, and I think that sub really addresses this niche.

Now, hoping to help start a conversation and learn from it, I started a thread where people can write about their encounters with weird coincidences, Deja Vu, and other weirdness. Why? Mostly because it sounds like fun, and also because it’ll help us glimpse into how these things occur and what events correlate to them.

The party’s just starting, and you’re totally welcome to come.

Q&A Time: The Enemies of Her Majesty, The Red Queen

I’ve been in a dry spell lately, and sad to say that I might need to put off the next Cosmic Banter article until I could get my thoughts arranged to write it down in a way that won’t end up with me just rambling at the end. That is why I decided to do something different: Solicit a question from one of my friends (or you!) for me to answer on this here blog.

Here we go! IKIMASHOU!!!

The first question goes to one of my closest friends: Does Queen Ellis/Elise have any enemies?

That was a doozy, I’ve honestly never thought of that. So I decided to go ask the spirits directly, which involved a three-card spread. And we got:

Eight of Clovers | Four of Hearts | Six of Diamonds

The Eight of Clovers denote a network of power, or energy going really, really fast over many points. This suggests something related to communications, possibly mass-media, or it might be a group of very powerful people.

The Four of Diamonds show a foundation for emotions to proceed from, but also emotions becoming more stable. Taken in a negative light, this might mean something that makes people emotionally inert or complacent with their own existence. The only thing I could think of that has that kind of effect is the Mainstream Entertainment industry trying to make us Keep Up with people who wouldn’t otherwise care about our existence, or a religious or cultural hierarchy that discourages people from exploring things they don’t know.

And finally, the Six of Diamonds, being in a state of balance or dynamic stability with one’s finances or other resources. One doesn’t have an exceedingly large amount of money, but large enough to be able to be relatively comfortable, and, do something with the money at the same time. This sounds like something related to the Banking system.

Suspicious. What do all of these have in common?

They all keep the masses from making their own choices about their own beliefs and mold the minds of the people to favor the status quo.

Sounds like something out of tinfoil-hat-land, but such things aren’t really that far-fetched, based on some stuff I’ve rambled on about previously.

And it makes total sense, since the LS’s original purpose was to disrupt consensual reality and make the world a more magickal place. Fulfilling that purpose is bound to make you run up against pretty big players with a vested interest in making sure your mind stays similar to that of livestock.

I’ll just leave this here:

Genesis Revisited – Cosmic Banter part 4

I think by this time, we could all agree that nothing is permanent.

Everything would have to end.

And all that means that everything had to have had a beginning, right?

Let’s take a look at an old friend:

The Egg of existence

The ones in Yellow don’t really exist in the way we’ve come to be aware of existence, and only vary in scale. The soul, in this instance would be similar to the Divine, but only smaller, or maybe existing as a fraction of it. Our Definition of God would imply that he is infinite too. If that’s the case, then he would be filling up the entire space in the universe the same way an obese man would fill up the entire waistline of his jeans. And, like the fat guy, if he wants to make room for anything else, he would have to first literally “suck it in”.

Yeap, you heard it, we are in the cosmic version of a bodily cavity. Eww…

But on a more serious note, that would explain the distance between us and the Divine. He had no choice but to, for our sake. Being infinite and eternal means he could make room enough for entire realities to exist. With this unfathomable void available, he now has enough elbow room to actually make stuff. What would he make the universe from? Why, parts of himself, of course! (ouch).  Remember how we kept on saying that the Big Guy doesn’t really exist the way we do? He would quite literally be creating something from nothing. He would have to fold, concentrate and shape that pure “Nothingness” until something concrete is formed. First order of business would be the loftiest of abstract concepts that humanity has no words for, the Ideal forms we haven’t had the capacity to form an opinion of, and raw, unstable Astral substance (Aether/Mind-substance). Next would be mental objects and constructs created out of the interaction between the unstable Astral matter and the First Forms, and grosser forms of Aether. This process would then go on and on, things would get more compound, concentrated and less “mental”, until we end up with actual physical stuff. Nothing much, but it’s matter as we are accustomed to, made of particles, which themselves are made of nothing more than just vibrations, things going “off” and “on” really fast. Or is it better to say “Astral” and “Physical”?

That last part was pure conjecture, but going back. At the momentum things would be going and the force needed to convert aether into matter, coming from all directions, all at once, it would lead to the formation of a center, a single point increasingly filled with the potential to create universes.

And on and on it went until:

So there, we have the universe as we know it, formed out of the flesh of God himself, within God himself. Light, energy, Aether, turning into Matter within the Cosmic Athanor (Alchemist’s Oven).

How about us? Humans and other sentient beings? We could say that sentient beings would’ve been created along with the rest of the universe, because based on the previous chapter, any sufficiently complex integrated system that can accept input and release output, is capable of sentience once reaching a critical mass. It would all start with the raw Aethers interacting and forming instances out of the First Forms, gaining a certain amount of complexity, the different instances merging, and then BAM!!! Sentience. These would mostly be purely Astral Beings, their internal organs and their minds being the same things.

How about physical life? If we take this to its next logical extreme (by correspondence), then we could say that the basic astral creatures born out of the primal aethers followed the same level of progression of the world around it; they continued forming, merging, folding and creating complex patterns and systems, becoming less and less aetheric at each pass, until we have life as we are aware of it. This would support the theory that we are inherently composite creatures, each and every cell in our body runs with its own little “mind”, just enough for them to complete the tasks that they were assigned to, but complex enough that when partnered with the more complex cell-structures in our nervous system and the rest of our body, coherently creates a (mostly) cohesive and powerful colony of entities called our mind.

We are made of both Aether and of Earth.

What about our souls?

Well, like we said before, it doesn’t really exist, like its source. We might never come to grips with the true nature of the soul and God himself as long as we are bound to the delusion that we are single, indivisible entities.

“If we are made of the stuff God is made of, and God is Eternal, unchanging and above cause and effect, then why are we the exact opposite?”

Because we are derived from him, we are not him. In order for anything else but him to exist, he had to give way, and in doing so, created something that was not him, the infinite nothingness. Anything that would be created within this space would be derived from him, but at each pass would slowly become less and less similar to its origin. Yes, we would end up in sorrow, we would end up suffering because of our ignorance of how the world works, but that is what gives us meaning. That is the only way for Free Will to exist. For me, this is empowering because it’s His way of saying “I trust you, so it’s your turn.”.  There is no original sin. There is only the price of “illusory” existence.

Yes, there is suffering, yes, we might be alone in a world that doesn’t care, but that only serves to make Happiness and Love all the more meaningful, however fleeting. Once we get tired after several aeons, at least we always have the option to “go back home”.

Lords of this Earth and the Biology of Spirits – Cosmic Banter part 3

Last time, we found out that Death doesn’t exist and got a chance to meet our next door neighbors.

But who or what are they, really? Let’s start with the basics:

Mental/Aetheric/Astral Substance == A proto-matter that exists primarily in either the minds of sentient beings or in the environment in the Astral world, that could be manipulated by the intentional direction of will by a sentient being called Thinking or Imagining.

Mental/Astral Objects == Objects and existences made of mental/astral matter that may or may not exist independent of a separate sentient being to form its existence with the act of thinking or imagining.Spirit_World_by_RudolfHerczog

Ideal Forms == Mental concepts and objects that do not have the Three Characteristics, cannot be directly experienced, and we only come to be aware of them through their instances.

Form Instance == Mental objects that are based upon an Ideal Form, but now exist because they have the Three Characteristics.

By correspondence, we can verify the existence of Mental or Astral substance using the substance that is already around us, an analog for the human mind in the wider world would be made of a similar substance that composes our thoughts.

Ideal forms don’t really exist the same way we do because they don’t have the Three Characteristics, we don’t even get to experience them directly. Once the lofty Ideal finds an existence in your mind, they instantly disappear and all that is left is an instance of it, confined to the limitations of your own existence, and shackled by the limits of your own mind. At that point, they are just like everything else, impermanent, decaying and subject to cause and effect. The very act of thinking about an Ideal Form creates an instance of it in your mind, which you could then use to infer the properties of the said Form.

Ideal Form – Triangle (a shape formed by 3 lines and three corners)

Form Instance –

This triangle is an instance of the Ideal Form, Triangle.

This triangle is an instance of the Ideal Form, Triangle.

Let’s take the Triangle example above, whenever someone thinks about triangle, the Ideal Form, Triangle manifests as an Instance in the thinker’s mind, which is now a true object that is impermanent (because the thought that is the triangle wont last in his mind forever), (decaying/changing, because of the inherent change happening in his mind, or might be because he is performing operations or other things on the triangle), and is subject to cause and effect (changes from within the thinker’s mind, the outside world, etc).

Many times, an idea, a thought becomes more than what it originally is. A mental object or a thought could be developed to a point where it has a certain amount of complexity and substance.

Mental Construct == Mental Objects and concepts formed from the previous experiences and thoughts of sentient beings. Similar to Ideal Forms, but is subject to the Three Characteristics, changes according to the total collective changes of all its instances and vice versa.

Mental Construct/Thoughtform == The Philippine Constitution

Construct Instance == The Supreme Court Justice’s interpretation of the Constitution.

Mental Construct/Thoughtform == The Human Race

Contruct Instance == A Human Being

Most thoughtforms start their existence as merely an instance of an immutable Ideal, mutated to the point of being nearly unrecognizable. For example, the concept of Chaos has always existed. When we think about Chaos, we usually think of a great Volcanic eruption, Typhoons, Tornadoes, the Wild. For our ancestors, nothing represented this raw, uncontrollable power than the Great Reptiles, like the Crocodile or the Python. This what might’ve lead to the concept of the Dragon, and its presence in all the world cultures. This would eventually lead to something more, especially when more people started piling their own developments upon the said instance.

Put on your tin hats, boys and girls.

If one spent enough time in Occult related blogs and forums, one would see the term “Archon” and “Archons being thrown around as being the forces behind governments, banks, secret societies and keeps the world the way it is.

First appearing in Gnostic Scriptures, the word Archon (which meant “Governor” in Greek) refers to the powerful entities the Demiurge has placed upon the world in order to maintain his/their dominance over the world.

Sounds a bit Ominous, Sinister, even? It probably is.

The Gnostics believed that even thought the Demiurge created the world, he was only a creation, himself, originating from the being we’ve come to know as God. Imagine if Lucifer/Shaitan/Sauron/*name of favorite evil overlord here* was the one who created the world and appointed his most powerful servants to govern the world, that’s how the Gnostics viewed the plight of the world. archon-700x295

With the intent of maintaining the Status Quo, the Archons would naturally work against the enterprise of freedom and liberation of the soul. There are accounts, too, that say they feed off of the collective suffering of mankind, thus incentivizing them to keep the world as horrid as it is, and then some.

This all borders into tinfoil-hat-land, where they say shadow governments, secret societies and extraterrestrials are working in conjunction with these powerful beings to control the world.

Now, having said all that, what does this have to do with what we’re doing here?

Remember mental constructs as stated above? Take the collective worldview of the majority, and the institutions and powers that make the world the way it is, you get a really big mental construct.

According to the Integrated Information Theory of Consciousness, consciousness arises from a sufficiently complex system whose parts are integrated to such a great extent that information fed into that system would become become unexpectedly more complex ( the act of experiencing), as opposed to feeding the same set of information to its individual parts.

A sentient being is always greater than the sum of all its parts.

By definition, a mental construct would be a very integrated system, because it changes according to how its different parts change, but would it be enough to generate a consciousness? Just like in the physical world, if enough people work on the mental construct by thinking about it or believing in it, it will become more and more developed, and more complex. If enough people participate in “feeding” the mental construct this way, the changes happening to the said thoughtform recording the said changes will be enough that the “Critical Mass” will cause the construct to “Wake up”.

Based on the definition of life in the previous chapter, we can say that when a certain thoughtform reaches the above “Critical Mass”, it would already have a life of its own, an independent existence. From the primordial soup of our collective minds, a whole menagerie of mental/astral beings could arise, with varying abilities to affect our world. archon-art

This is not to say that all astral entities all were created this way, there are certainly beings in the astral that have always existed as a purely astral/mental entity, but we’ll get to that in a later chapter.

Going back to the Archons, we can say that these powerful beings are both have come about as a product of our collective worldview, and the forces behind what makes the world work the way it does. Are they harmful? One of the most vital things a sentient being would have would be a sense of self-preservation, having reached the critical mass required to gain consciousness from the sheer number of people that passively believe in them, they would have a strong one at that. If they have come about as a result of our collective suffering, then they have great incentive to keep the world in misery.

This is not to say that any mental construct that reaches sentience is evil or harmful. For some would certain be born out of our collective belief in our better selves, out of our hopes and dreams. That’s why there are angels and saints.

So we are left with this, a world filled with the fragments of our minds, spirits and Archonic overlords causing events to take place without us even knowing. Time to make your mark.

Our Next Door Neighbors – Cosmic Banter part 2

Does an afterlife exist?

Good Question.

Yes. And No.

Let’s specify what we mean by life and death first:

Life == The ability to experience, exist, and the ability to act upon those experiences and one’s existence.

Death == The cessation of life.

With that out of the way, we can say for certain that life certainly exists (or does it?). We can even verify that it is very much impermanent, shifting/changing and it is subject to a lot of cause and effect.

Death? Not so much. Obviously it’s a pretty permanent state, no changing it once you’re down (though there are real accounts of people coming back to life after hours of death, we’ll get to this later) and nothing that you can do will really resurrect the dead (for the love of all things good, please stop trying, everyone’s paranoid about zombie outbreaks these days.). That means it really doesn’t exist, right?

A friend of mine pointed out the obvious:evil_spirit-t2

“Death is merely the absence of life.”

What she meant is that for example, “Cold” doesn’t really exist, and neither does “Hot”, there is only “Heat”, which could be measured by the vibrations of every individual particle in an object, eg. More Vibrations, More heat, less vibrations, less heat. We’ve been presented with a Black and White Fallacy when it comes to life and death. There is no life and death the way we understand it currently, only existence, which may increase and decrease at any given time and change according to internal and external factors. Therefore when we die, we only really just change.

Change, in this context, is a very weird thing.

Obviously, the world around us exists, it is whatever is not “us” whatever “us” or “ourselves” mean (We’ll get to that in later chapters.). And remember where I mentioned As Above, So Below? This is where it gets crazy.

“As Above, So Below”, otherwise known as the law of correspondence, states that there is a 1-to-1 correspondence between us, and the world at large. That we, Humans, or any Sentient Being for that matter, are patterned after the universe (or the other way around). This provides us with a symbolic map of our environment/s, useful in making sense out of things we shouldn’t be talking about.

We can say through experience that we have a mind and a body, and since both are impermanent, changing and is subject to cause and effect (we’ll just call them the three characteristics from here on, typing this sh*t is tiring), it is known that both exist in the same way (The mind and mental objects are just as real as physical ones). Radiating from ourselves to the world around us, we can immediately see that there are physical stuff we could move around, change, etc. According to the law of correspondence, there should be something in the outside world analogous to the mind, where mental objects can exist as well, independent of the person thinking the object.

It would imply that there must be a Mindscape or Ethereal realm that would support the existence of mental entities independent of a single mind, a kind of Spirit/Astral world would be a good way to describe it. Does this mean that the just-mentioned a product of our collective minds? Or are the contents of our minds made of the same stuff the Astral world does?

Chicken and Egg, really. I’m tempted to say they were made at the same time.

If we take this analogy further and look for hidden worlds by inferring them from our mind, we can say that there are finer, more ephemeral and ghostly realms in the Astral world the same way there are deeper parts of our mind we have yet to explore, like the Subconscious and the Superconscious (no, it’s not being worried too much if you look awkward. It’s the hypothesized Collective Consciousness linking humanity, and possibly, all sentient creatures, together.).

We keep on peeling through the Onion Layers of our Being, until we reach the sanctum sanctorum of our existence, Our True selves, Our Soul. Let’s define the soul as:

Soul == The Sentient Being’s True Self, the true core of their existence. Is Immortal, Immutable (does not decay/change) and is not affected by the laws of cause and effect.

Our definition as stated above makes the obvious analogy to be who we would normally call God, and we’ll define the term as:

God == Omniscient, Omnipresent and Omnipotent Being; Is Eternal, Unchanging and not subject to Causality, but rather, controls it.

The two above, wouldn’t exist the same way the Mind and Body does, because they lack the three characteristics. God doesn’t exist in the way we understand existence.

When we put it all together, we get this:

The Egg of existence

You can take that however you like. Either we are a Creation, or we are the Creator trapped inside his creation.

What people mean when they say matryoshka

Now, to clarify, it might suggest that the Physical world, Astral and the Direct Presence of the BIG GUY are all different places, stacked one on top of each other, but no, it is actually all mish-mashed together in an overlay that would give Adobe PS a run for its money. Same goes for the sentient being. The mind and soul are not necessarily contained within the body and each other like matryoshka dolls.

“That’s all fascinating and good, sir, but WHAT THE HELL DOES THIS HAVE TO DO WITH DEATH AS CHANGING?!”

We’re getting there.

What I mean when I say matryoshka

As the Human mind is a fragmented beast, filled with contradictions of its own contradictions in more ways than Sunday, it usually dismantles itself and dissolves into the greater Astral environment, analogous to how the physical body decomposes into the earth around it (or gets eaten by worms and birds. I shudder to think what it would look like to eat the remains of someone’s Mind). Whatever parts that are left behind are what we usually call ghosts, which are actually just Mind-Corpses, Shells that have been left behind when the entire article broke. Sometimes they even leave imprints on places and objects, the same way we could leave our mark on a place and or object, or even a life, we might feel their presence long after they’ve left.

The Astral is where everything above, and everything we’ve never seen, or never want to see, are.

If we are to believe the Mages of the past, there are ways to prevent the mental disintegration, when the inevitable surrender of the Physical Body happens, physical death would only be the act of leaving a crumbling shell. It all comes out of a lifetime of training the mind to be a stronger, more unified creature. We’ll get to more of that in later chapters.

“Again, Afterlife, or No? What about reincarnation?”

As mentioned above, normally, people would die, and their mind-bodies would break apart normally. These would then become part of the mind of another creature altogether, the same way the body becomes part of the worms and other carrion that would feast upon your rotting corpses. What kind of creatures receive your “Mind-body parts” would depend on one’s state of mind and their overall mental and emotional health, the same way that the state of your body and the location of your grave/ body would determine the manner of decomposition and carrion that would eat your corpse.

For example, a person with a gigantic amount of misery, regret and guilt would likely to be encountering less than savory characters in the Astral, and knowing how sadistic some of them are, they might entertain themselves with your mind-body for a while before the inevitable CHOMP. Since time gets a bit blurry out in the Astral, the same way we have varying experiences with Subjective Time, it might feel like a literal eternity, a true Hell. A person in love for a long time, died without ever confessing to their sweetheart, would persist for a time, because their mind has hardened up to a certain point because of the passive mental training Love makes a person go through, not likely to encounter nastiness, but I’d still be careful.

So, recap, we’ve got:

* Life and Death are an illusion, only Existence and the changes thereof are there.

* Mental Objects exist as much as Physical objects do.

* There are levels of existence overlaid upon one another, physical and astral/mental.

* Death normally results in the decomposition of the being’s constituent parts, physical and mental, and re-absorption into their respective ecosystems.

* Certain measures can be taken to prevent the disintegration of the mental body, to make them act in unison and prevent them from flying apart the moment their common focal point dissolves (the sentient being, AKA: You).

The things I know for sure – Cosmic Banter part 1

I’m not really a fan of absolute truths. The belief in absolutes tend to be the driving force behind out of control trains.

But, if I had to say something, I would give you two things:

1) Everything that “exists ” has the following three characteristics:

* Impermanence

* Changes / Shifts / Decays (depending on your word preference, whatever floats your boat.)

* Is subject to cause and effect (Causality / Dependence)

2) As above, so below. (We’ll get into this later)

3) Anime is life.

Okay, that’s three, but the last part really doesn’t add up to our purposes here.

Anyways, I chose only two main things to base most of my reasoning for the succeeding chapters because of this here razor. The fewer assumptions one makes, the less likely one is to be wrong, and thus the more solid the arguments would be. And besides, the most successful people on earth have the least amount of fixed points in their thinking.

The first, I chose because during both my active magickal works and my meditative exercises, everything that I encounter had all three, regardless whether they were real, virtual, mental, or otherwise (Yes, the things in your head DO exist, and you don;t know how big you head really is). You could get your underwear bunched up and say “Hey, what about this and that there blah, blah, blah”, you’re entirely welcome. I know there’s a lot of things people say exist and don’t exist, but we’ll get into the nature of existence in the next chapters, we’ve got some interesting stuff with the “immutables”.

The second, because it lays a symbolic framework for me that actually makes sense. It affirms to me that I am both the result and the originator of the world (Read: Really good for talking about stuff we wouldn’t have the words for).

All the above shall be considered true in all the succeeding chapters.

This is gonna be a bumpy ride.Android_Train_Wreck_1

So I, and a bunch of friends… – Cosmic Banter Part 0

Isn’t it just great when you can hang out with your friends, both on and offline and just talk about the secrets of the universe and beyond right? Good times…

After several discussions, we decided to go and write a thesis to sum up what our different belief systems are, and why we believe in such things. In the succeeding articles after this, I’ll be posting up chapters of that thesis in order for everyone to see (hopefully I don’t get burned to the stake!).

You are a HIVE of You’s. – The Multimind theory of consciousness

Let me go out on a limb and say that you don’t exist.

You can close your jaws now.

If you’re wondering what that statement meant, I meant that the entity that you call you, or the “thing” that I call me don’t exist.

I can see you’re getting more confused. Good. Read on.

We don’t exist as people, individual entities with singular identities, something that won’t budge no matter how hard you smash it against the wall. We are actually more like an anthill, a literal hive of activity. And, like a fragile anthill we are, we could get toppled over, intentionally or not, with the simplest of actions, resulting in us spilling our guts all over the place.

Think about it, you ever got so mad, or so horny, that you ignored all sense of better judgement that you’ve learned over your hopefully-not-so-brief stay on this planet? (If you don’t know what I’m talking about, get the heck out of this blog, kid!)

After that hormone-spiked encounter, when asked to recount the said hot-bloodedness, lemme guess, you don’t even remember half of it, don’t you?

“I don’t know what I was thinking” “I didn’t even feel like I was me that time…” We all heard it before, and just goes to show that we are not the solid entity that we think we are. Look at your own body. The number of cells that compose your body are about the same as the number of stars in the universe. And all of those little cells have their own little bits of programming inside them to make them tick. They come together to form tissue, which then form organs and then organ systems, all of which become more and more complex in its internal processes that they take up about 1/3 of the entire composition of your brain.

Why am I talking about brain matter and stars in an essay about the human being an inherently divided creature?

Because it would not be so hard to think of it the same way when we apply that mode of analysis to our own minds, and the other things inside our head. As the old Hermetic axiom says, “As above, So below”, for every thing and process in the physical, there are corresponding thoughts, actions and processes taking places in the higher (or lower) planes of existence.

What am I trying to get at?

It’s all in your head. You just don’t know how big your head is. – Lon Milo DuQuette

I’ll let you think about it for a few seconds…

Arright, time’s up.

Your mind is composed of small units of data, which coalesce into thoughts, which then grooves a path into your brain forming habits, your personality, etc. For every honest thing you’ve ever done in your life, there is always that separate part of you that always wanted to take every thing for granted. And it’s all perfectly normal. A being as complex as the human animal cannot operate with only one mind. Take a computer for example. Do you know how many small programs are there in one normally operating PC?

No, don’t even attempt to answer that question.

For different situations, depending on what you’re currently using the PC for, different programs take precedence over the others, whether you’re doing you homework, or watching p*rn. How it all comes together, the OS or Operating System that ties them all together in a neat little tie is what we conveniently call Ourselves. It oversees control of the different parts of your psyche, and activates them, or put them on overdrive, whenever the need or proper stimuli arises.

Ever seen a demon possession in person? I have.

And you don’t want to see what lurks in the darkness of our own minds.

There is no YOU beyond the legion of your thoughts.

Self-Recharging Orgone Servitors! *evil laugh*

Whenever I plan to create a little magickal servant (called a servitor by those who “has the majiks!”), I keep on bumping into the dilemma of a power source, and a place for them to go back to when they are not doing anything for me. You see, I’m a lazy person, I admit to that, and with work and a turbulent lovelife and everything else in my beginning-to-get-really-crazy life, I really don’t have time to feed a magickal pet.

But, the implications of a neglected servitor on one’s life could have a variety of harmful ways to show its deformed, desperate-for-attention head. It could be anything from the random pen or phone getting misplaced or lost for some reason, all the way to full-on hauntings and disturbances that would need the help of a mystical heavyweight to deal with it. The concept is not a bit unlike a pet dog forced to rummage through the dumpster to look for food.

Except its a semi-intelligent (or fully-intelligent *gasps*) being made from a fragment of your being that could do more damage to you and your family than just littering the yard around with trash.

That though, doesn’t say that having a semi-intelligent construct to do important tasks for you is not gonna help you in any way either.

So, just hours ago, browsing the internet randomly, after stumbling half-drunk and half-asleep into Gordon’s blog at, I read this post that made a reference to Orgone Energy.

Orgone energy, this was the term that Dr. Wilhelm Reich used to describe what scores and scores of mystics, occulitsts and magi before him have been aware of for millenia, and have worked with to bring about change in their immediate environment or themselves. He caled it Orgone from the word ograsm, which he claimed to have detected using a galvanometer during experiments he conducted with patients while they experiencing pleasure.

From his research, he devised an orgone accumulator, which consisted of a large, telephone-booth sized box where people would sit on a platform made from alternating wood and metallic plates. This would serve to function as an accumulator of nearby energies and radiate it outward in a brief envelope of condensed energy.

Do you see where this is going? *wink*

Yeap, you got it right, that’s how we’re gonna power ‘dem servitors with energy condensed by an orgone accumulator.

Credits to Gordon for this, I copied this got the inspiration from his post about Ambitious Metaphysics.

Intended effect, less Archmage, More Geek

You’ll need a jar or any glass container, cotton wool, aluminum foil, the servitors sigil and an item related to it (one that could fit the glass container.)

You start with placing alternating layers of aluminum foil and cotton, until you fill arlound three-fourths of the glass container, foill first and then cotton on the last layer.

Then put the servitor’s sigil on the accumulator, along with their corresponding item.

And then Wham! Bam! Magick the heck out of it and bring the servitor to life! (I “summon” them, but it’s highly personal)

And then put it somewhere where there is little to no people in it for any extended period of time (Prolonged exposure to Orgone activity drains energies from you, unless you are near the energetic field where it radiates its gathered energy into.)

And there you have it. You may want to create a short “enn”, a brief mantra calling upon the power of your servitor, in order to have them come to your side and do your bidding.

I have still yet to try this technique, but it looks pretty promising. I’m gonna make sure to try it out by the end of next week.

Keep you guys posted with the results.

The Three Personas of the Ellis/LS Godform

(This is to clarify some stuff about my previous post and to further expand my personal cosmology For and introduction to Ellis/LS and the Webs, refer to this post)

Ellis, the egregore born out of the Linking Sigil has been observed to have three distinct personalities, or “Personas”, in practice. These observations came from the reports of hundreds of magi who’ve had direct contact with her. The purpose of this article is to fine-tune the results of any working undertaken with the help of Ellis and the LS network by invoking the appropriate persona. Some alchemical and astrological terms have been used to better illustrate the ideas in this article. (And, it’s also good to keep in mind that the author has no prior training in either alchemy or astrology, the information presented here was inferred from his previous self-taught Qabbalistic knowledge, so prepare your brains for some shitty English and bags full of hot air. Enjoy.)
In Alchemy, there are three main “substances” which actually represent energy in various states of entropy, each corresponding with one of the three Ellisian personas:

 – Mercury symbolizes energy at its highest observable vibrational pitch. It is very active, very powerful and very unstable. It corresponds well with Ellis’s earliest known persona, The Sacred Child.

During the first few weeks of the Linking Sigil experiment, the large amount and variety of magickal energy was wreaking havoc all over the place, not too different from a toddler just beginning to learn how to run. After formally contacting the then-forming sentience did they, the people who would form the nucleus of the DKMU, realize that they had a parenting dilemma of astral proportions on their hands. Freak accidents, power outages and even a certain traffic mishap could or couldn’t have been traced back to her. But, just as easily she as could cause “bad” accidents, was she able to also cause “happy accidents”, powering up magicks at energy levels beyond expected, giving old tricks an all-new shade of WEIRD. The Sacred Child represents magick at its wildest form, great for jumpstarting new beginnings, or to give old things a spectacular catharsis.
Her other titles include: Bringer of Chaos. She of the Bitten Fingers. The Glitterbomber. The Trickster. Bringer of Change.
 – Sulfur represents energy at a considerably more moderate vibration. Not as much juice as the former, but more mutable, controllable, and more stable. Its fluidity and gentleness fits in with Ellis’s The Lover persona. Usually described as a beautiful ginger with a great air of mystery around her, she is often known to have been stimulating the creative and imaginative nature of the magician, and inspiring them with the drive to pursue it. She may also be described as a Jovian influence as a power that could flourish existing systems, the gentle rain that waters the fields. Some even report flashes of city streets, mountainous areas and caves – places where an LS was tagged, which would also place her as an oracular influence, too. She takes the rough, generic and mundane, and turns it into something elegant, unique and magical.
Her other titles include: the Idealist; The Magician, Bringer of Power, Giver of Knowledge. Lady of Ambitions and Desires.
 – Salt represents energy coagulated to a very low energy level, where the constriction of entropy has nearly crystallized it to form well-defined structures. This makes it very compatible with Ellis’s ultimate form, The Red Queen. She is described as either a middle-aged woman dressed in crimson-colored Victorian-era clothing, or a beautiful serious-looking woman suited in heavy scarlet armor. Those who have either by accident or on purpose, astrally explored the Webs have seen her. Whatever form she may take, she always looked impressive, intimidating and awe-inspiring. Her palace or territory inside the Webs looked like something pulled out of Dr. Seuss’s red nightmares: Bridges floating in mid-air against a crimson sky, while ahead looks like a barren wasteland of a mountain range, or a skeletal-looking castle. Below is what looks like a sea of blood, and behind you, a horde of giant spiders, demons and other more indescribable things chase after you. Get caught by this unruly welcoming committee, and you’ll be sent back screaming into the waking world. Survive, and you get to have an audience with the Queen herself. Her cold, calculating stance, mild manners and the entire look of her realm denotes a Saturnian power inherent in her ability to harness, restrict and distribute the energies evenly in her network. She is the one responsible for building the webs of this internet of magick. She not only links magickal sites and objects, but also people as well. She projects the air of the ideal arcane leader, wise, brave and not afraid to give things her personal touch. She unites everyone who has willfully used her sigil under an unspoken community of mystical misfits, giving them a sense of belonging in a cold and cruel world. The opinions, personalities and mannerisms of everyone who contributed to her even created a gesalt personality, where she becomes the voice and the firm fist of the masses.

Her other titles include: The Unifier. She of the Webs. Lady of Stability and Community.
Weirdly, this seems to be a bit too similar to the mythologies of the Goddess Hecate and Morrigan.
Well, folks, that’s another story…. ^ _ ^
